Sue Hadley Orchestras is a privately-run enterprise providing various activities for adult amateur musicians in London. The events are organised by Sue Hadley, who is herself an amateur cellist.

Sue began learning the cello as a late-starter at the Mary Ward Centre in Holborn, London, around the turn of the century. She joined the Friday night chamber music groups at the centre and also began playing in the cello section of the Learning Orchestra.
Sue's idea for starting her Play Days came in 2004, after the Mary Ward Centre discontinued their own play-days which used to take place at least once a term on Sundays.
In addition to organising the venue and the catering, Sue has built up a resource of professional musicians whom she calls upon to coach Cello Courses, Chilled Strings and Primrose Hill Community Orchestra
As a resident of the nearby Oldfield Estate, Sue is also very involved helping to organise the various activities for her neighbours in the sheltered housing complex.
